In a fast-paced and chaotic world, finding balance and health can seem like a real challenge!

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist in the UK, qualified at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), London.

I specialise in plant-based nutrition and mycotherapy.

Currently, I am taking a comprehensive course in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy, and I am diligently working towards achieving a Level 5 Professional Qualification in this field.

My ambition is to specialise in supporting those facing challenges related to Fibromyalgia, musculoskeletal issues, inflammation, and pain management. However, this does not exclude my ability to address other conditions and problems or provide various forms of assistance through nutrition.

My goal is to help you find a lasting and harmonious balance in all aspects of your health: body, mind, and overall well-being.

Nutritional Therapy is a discipline that integrates knowledge of holistic medicine, naturopathy, and nutrition.

I offer Nutritional Therapy consultations in English, Italian, and Spanish, with a naturopathic and functional medicine approach.

Starting from Functional Medicine, a dynamic approach helps you understand your symptoms, assess risk factors, and work together to prevent and improve your long-term health. Through personalized consultation, we will explore your eating habits, lifestyle, and health goals together.

My nutritional approach is based on a plant-based diet, a result of my personal experience and extensive scientific research that guarantees its success. However, I understand that each individual is unique, so we will carefully evaluate each case professionally. This means considering any genetic or enzymatic anomalies, food sensitivities, allergies, pathologies, or even simple dietary preferences. Although my main focus is on plant-based nutrition, I do not exclude other possible nutritional solutions that may be more suitable for your situation.

My method is based on the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Every wellness journey is tailor-made.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Combining skills in massage therapy and nutrition allows me to adopt a holistic approach to health and well-being comprehensively. I can intervene both on the body through physical treatment and from within with a balanced diet tailored to individual needs.

Many health problems can benefit from a combined approach.

For example, good nutrition can speed up muscle recovery and improve the response to massage therapy treatments, while massage therapy can relieve pain and stress, improving digestion and nutrient absorption.

Sports Massage

Sports massage relieves muscle and joint pain. It helps prevent injuries, improve flexibility, increase blood and lymph circulation, accelerate muscle recovery, and reduce lactic acid buildup. Athletes can benefit from increased endurance and quick recovery after training or competition.

Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy

Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy is essential for those with musculoskeletal problems. It promotes healing, reduces pain, and improves mobility. Additionally, it helps reduce scar tissue, inflammation, and muscle tension, improving circulation and tissue elasticity, allowing a quick return to daily activities.

My integrated approach combines nutrition, sports massage, and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I offer comprehensive support for athletes, people with musculoskeletal problems, and anyone who wants to stay in shape.
